How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

Controlling your personal information

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes. If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by contacting us. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email Bespoke-Bouquets. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Products

As all bridal bouquets and wedding flower arrangements are handmade, no two are absolutely identical in terms of dimensions, colours etc even though some are made to a specific design. Therefore colours and flowers used may vary. Items are described as accurately as possible, and all items have been designed and handmade exclusively by Bridal By Anna.

Some components may have sharp edges and have the capability to cause damage. The company will not be liable for any damages caused to items or injury to persons. Bridal By Anna Wedding flowers and sundries are not toys and children must be supervised with all Bridal By Anna wedding bouquets and merchandise. We will not be liable for any injury incurred, including choking hazards.

Orders

Your bouquet order is very important to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order details before submission, as some changes or mistakes may not always be rectified. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect details being given. You must contact us within 28 days of placing the order for us to amend any changes required.

Personal Items

If you send any personal items to us, to be included in the design we ask that proof of postage is retained, and that you use a postal method that offers compensation to cover the value of the items sent.

Deposit

All orders are subject to payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order. All orders are deemed accepted only once the deposit has been paid. Please note that the remainder of the balance will be due before delivery. Full payment must be made on completion of your order, prior to dispatch (we always recommend dispatch of orders at least one calendar month before the date of the wedding, or as stated at time of acceptance of the order).

Non-payment

In the event of non-payment the order will not be completed until alternative funding arrangements have been agreed and payment made in full. In the case of the payment not being paid we reserve the right to sell the bouquets/items to third parties and retain the non-refundable deposit.

Delivery

If you have a specific delivery date or would like to arrange special delivery arrangements please notify me before ordering.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery information is given. The company accepts no responsibility for any loss or any consequential loss by the customer e.g. a cancelled wedding. Great care and attention is taken in getting your parcels to you quickly and efficiently. However, there are rare occasions completely outside of our control that can delay a parcel, despite our best endeavours. Your cooperation and understanding is very much appreciated if this arises. You shall of course be notified if there is a delay in the despatching of your order.

Once completed, your order will be sent quickly and securely by recorded delivery.

International Delivery

I do post world wide and would be more than happy to quote for international shipping.

Returns

Please note that personalised, bespoke ordered items are non-returnable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
